Terms and conditions of purchase

The conditions of purchase (hereinafter the Conditions) set out below govern the sale of products on the website "www.arganour.com" or online store presented by ARGANOUR S.L., (hereinafter ARGANOUR), with registered office at Calle Periana, 8, Casabermeja and email address hello@arganour.com.

Please read carefully the Conditions before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you accept the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them, so if you do not agree with the full content of the Conditions should not use this website. These Conditions may be modified at any time, being applicable the Conditions in force at the time of use of the website.

The delivery time may be extended in times of high volume of orders, such as Black Friday week, Christmas or sales.

Standard national shipments (home delivery)

In Arganour you do not pay shipping costs for orders (counting only the products) with an amount greater than 15 euros (destination Spain peninsular).

  • Balearic Islands - 3.95€ - Free shipping on orders over 50€
  • Portugal - 3.95€ - Free shipping starting at 50€

  • We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Urgent national shipments

In Arganour we want to offer you an express shipping service so that you can have your order as soon as possible in case you need it.

  • Peninsula (Spain) - 6,50€

Pick up at service point

Pick up at Correos and Citypaq offices. Select this shipping method and, once you finalize the purchase, you will see a button to access the map and select the pick up point you are most interested in.

In case the service point is not available, the transport company will drop it off at the nearest office.

  • Peninsula (Spain) shipping to pick up point- 3,95€- Free shipping from 15€.

International shipping

Receive your order in different countries in Europe.

  • Shipping to Germany, Belgium, Italy, Greece, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria and the Netherlands: 8.50€ - Free shipping from 75€

Shipping time may be extended during times of high order volume, such as Black Friday week, Christmas or sales.

Business days are Monday through Friday, except national, regional or local holidays.

Shipping Period

Domestic orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days depending on the delivery zone, except for orders going to the Balearic Islands or Portugal, whose delivery time will be 4-6 working days. Purchases made after 13:00h will be handled the next working day.

Working days are considered Monday to Friday, except national, regional or local holidays.

When does the delivery period start?

- For orders placed before 13:00h on a working day (excluding national and regional holidays or weekends): the same day. In other words, if you place your order on Monday before 13:00h, the maximum delivery time will end on Friday.

- For orders placed after 13:00h or on non-working days, the next working day. In other words, if you place your order on Monday after 13:00h, the maximum delivery time will end on the following Monday.

In case of special periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, the delivery time may be extended. In case of incidents in the order, such as incorrect address, lost or broken order, etc. delivery times will be longer.

Arganour will not be able to guarantee delivery times in case of incidents with the transport company, strikes or inclement weather that prevent carriers from meeting deadlines.

A first delivery attempt is made, if there is no one, a second delivery is arranged with the addressee, if in this second attempt there is no one, you must go to pick it up at the nearest agency. The shipments are 15 days at destination at the disposal of the recipient, in campaigns 30 days.

During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on the days indicated due to the high volume of shipments.

Local holidays will be taken into account in the delivery times. In the case of Arganour, the holidays of Casabermeja (town), Malaga (province) and Andalusia (Community) will be taken into account.

Modification of the shipping address

You can change your shipping address until 12:00 noon. If you place your order after 12:00h you can request a change of address until the next working day before 12:00h.

Shipment tracking

The tracking number we send you in the order confirmation email, you can enter the corresponding carrier's website and check the status of your shipment.

Information about payment methods

Payment is made in the last step in the checkout process, after entering all the card details and clicking FINISH ORDER.
Payment options:

We offer different payment options in the checkout process. Secure payment with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, payments with the secure platform Paypal or cash on delivery.

If you select card payment you can pay for your order by entering your card details directly on the web and verifying your purchase with the verification system that your bank has. 100% secure payment.

If you select the Paypal payment method you will be redirected to a page where you will have to log in with your Paypal data to process the payment.

In the case of cash on delivery payments, an amount of 3.5€ will be added when you finalize the order (it will not be updated directly in the shopping cart) and you will receive a notification with the amount of your order and the cash on delivery. Arganour will call you when we are going to process your shipment to confirm the delivery address and the amount of the order. The carrier will ask you for the amount of the order when they deliver it to you.

Please do not order using this payment method if you do not want to receive and pay for your order. In case you place a COD order and do not accept the shipment, we will block your customer account so that you will not be able to place any more orders with this payment method.

Returns

At Arganour we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service so you always have the possibility to return the products.

  1. If your product is damaged or defective, you can return it by contacting hello@arganour.com, our support department will tell you how to act.
  2. If you are not happy with the product you can also return it under the following conditions:
    1. Products must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
    2. Products must be returned in their original box/packaging in perfect condition.
    3. The products must not have been used or opened.
    4. The packaging of the products cannot be modified. Products in poor condition will not be accepted.

We will not refund in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased on the Website.

Methods of return

To return a product you can contact our support department at the email: hello@arganour.com

When you return a product you can choose to:

  • Refund of the amount paid. *
  • Replacement of the same reference (in the case of return for being damaged or in bad condition). *
  • Replacement of a substitute product (in the event that the new product has a lower value, we will refund the amount of the difference, on the contrary, if the product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference). *

*The refund of the amount or the new shipment of products will be made upon receipt of the package in our offices within 7 working days. In the event that we finally proceed with the return of the amount this will be made to the same method of payment, you will receive an email with confirmation of receipt and in the following 3-5 working days depending on the bank we will return the amount in your account.

Return costs

If you have received the order with any or all of the products damaged or in bad condition, you will NOT pay the shipping costs. Also, if you request to replace the same product that was in bad condition or even want to change the reference, the management and transport costs will be borne by Arganour.

In case of returning or exchanging any product or order in perfect conditions, the shipping and handling costs will be charged to you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER How to proceed?

Send us an email to hello@arganour.com if your order takes longer than normal and we will help you to solve the problem.

There are two main reasons:

  • Wrong address: Check your address carefully, if it is wrong it is possible that it has been delivered somewhere else.
  • Failed delivery attempts: The shipping company makes up to 2 delivery attempts. If they have not been able to contact you and more than 15 working days have elapsed since the second attempt, we will start the process of returning it to our offices. We recommend checking all SMS, calls and e-mails.
