4 beauty resolutions for 2025. It's time to show off our best selves!

We've left behind a fascinating 2024 that allowed us to get to know ourselves better, and we're starting 2025 full of new resolutions. And, of coursewell being and self care occupy a prominent place on this list of beauty goals for the new year.

In the previous post, we already revealed the essential cosmetics for 2025, but in this post, we're going to tell you what habits you should implement in your daily life to shine both inside and out. Because, as you know, to look our best, we must take care of ourselves. So, take note of everything and start this new year by prioritizing yourself.

Take care of your sleep hours

Sleeping at least 7 hours a day has a positive impact on the body, as it allows the brain to recover after a busy day and regulates stress levels. This way, we can wake up the next day more optimistic, active, and ready to face a new day.

Furthermore, sleeping well is reflected in healthy, radiant skin, since during the night, the skin eliminates toxins and dead cells.

In short, a lack of sleep or poor sleep quality affects mood, concentration, skin appearance (dark circles and bags under the eyes), and poses a health risk.

Drink plenty of water

Hydration is key. We recommend drinking 2 liters of water every day so your body can eliminate accumulated toxins, promote proper bodily function by providing essential minerals and nutrients, and replace lipids lost through urine and sweat.

Inadequate hydration will negatively impact your physical and mental well-being, as well as the appearance of your skin, making it drier, rougher, and duller.

Exercise

Enough with the excuses, it's time to get active this new year. Luckily, there are countless sports activities for all levels and tastes, from yoga to running, and even CrossFit. Choose the option you prefer, and get moving!

Physical exercise is beneficial both physically and mentally. And let's not forget the incredibly positive impact it will have on your complexion, as it improves blood circulation, eliminates accumulated toxins, and stimulates the production of collagen and antioxidants. In short, healthier, more revitalized skin.

Furthermore, exercise helps us regulate stress levels, one of the main triggers for some skin conditions such as acne breakouts or dermatitis.

Disconnect from the digital world

The internet and social media have a negative impact on mental health. Take advantage of this new year to reduce the time you spend on your phone. For example, you can declutter and get rid of apps that don't make you feel good.

Excessive phone use exacerbates sleep problems, raises stress levels, and accelerates premature aging, since the blue light emitted by screens penetrates the skin, damaging it. But that's not all. In many cases, technology disconnects us from the outside world and reduces social interaction.

These are some habits that can change your life for the better. What are you waiting for to incorporate them into your daily routine? We assure you that you'll feel much better and enhance your natural beauty.
