The ingredients of the cosmetics must be placed in descending order according to their % in the formula; that is to say, those that have a higher percentage must appear at the beginning of the INCI.

Arganour is a certified cosmetic brand. All our products are certified as natural or organic by Ecocert. If you want to know the certificates of a product, you just have to check its label or its data sheet on the web.

No. At Arganour we are committed to cruelty-free cosmetics. This means that none of our cosmetic products and ingredients have been tested on animals and, to guarantee it, all of them have the cruelty-free certificate by CAAE.

Yes, Arganour is a vegan cosmetic brand. All our cosmetics are vegan and are suitable for vegans as they are not formulated with active ingredients of animal origin. In addition, they have the vegan certificate issued by CAAE.

Most cosmetics are applied on the skin, so there is no high risk for people with celiac disease. In products that can be accidentally ingested, such as lip oil, it is important that they are gluten free. Therefore, our Lip Oil is gluten free.

However, before using any of our products, we recommend that you apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist to see if there is any reaction.

Each cosmetic product has a different expiration date as it will depend on its formula, conservation and exposure to external agents.

All cosmetics with an expiration date of less than two and a half years must indicate their expiration date, which is represented by an hourglass.

If the expiration date is more than two and a half years, cosmetics are required to include the PAO symbol on the label.

The PAO is a symbol in the shape of an open cream jar indicating how long the cosmetic can remain in optimal conditions once it has been opened. It is usually 6M or 12M.

All our cosmetics have a shelf life of more than two and a half years, so the expiration date is not indicated, but the ODP is.

The length of time a cream or lotion can be open depends on its ODP. Check its label and look at its PAO number. If it indicates 6M, it means that the cream or serum can be opened for 6 months.

Of course they are. All our skin and hair care cosmetics can also be used by men. However, at Arganour we have developed a range of men's cosmetics with specific products for beard and skin care, as well as shaving products.

Most of our products are suitable for pregnant women. However, there are some products that, due to their formulation or purity, we do not recommend using.

If you want to know if a product is suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you can check it on the website. Go to the product's instructions for use and we will tell you whether it is suitable or not.

Cosmetics not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Firmness anti-cellulite reducing gel, Elixir eye contour, essential oils and BHA facial peeling.

Yes, they are. At Arganour we always opt for non-comedogenic formulas to avoid clogging pores and prevent the appearance of possible imperfections such as pimples, acne and blackheads.

If you have oily or acne-prone skin, you can use our non-comedogenic cosmetics with the exception of some of our natural oils such as coconut oil or avocado oil.

Oily skin is characterized by excess sebum, shine and enlarged pores. If you have oily skin, we recommend choosing sebum-regulating and mattifying cosmetics. Without forgetting hydration. In Arganour we have a wide range of facial care products suitable for oily skin such as facial moisturizer or BHA peeling, among others.

The way cosmetics are stored plays a fundamental role in the quality of the product and its shelf life.

We recommend storing cosmetics in dry places, away from humidity, direct sunlight and sudden changes in temperature.

For better preservation, most of our product packaging is amber-colored. In this way, we prevent the sun's rays from penetrating and degrading the formula.

The appearance or smell of a product may vary from one batch to another. This happens because they are made with ingredients of natural origin and there may be variations from one harvest to another. However, it only has an impact on a visual level since its efficacy remains the same.

We currently do not have physical stores. You can find our products in large perfumeries such as Druni, Arenal or Primor.

If you want to sell Arganour products in your store, you just have to fill out the Retail Sales form. In this form we ask you for some information such as your website, your address and a document proving that you are a company, such as a VAT certificate. We will verify that you are a company in order to offer you special conditions for you to place your order through our website.


A well-structured skincare routine composed of the specific products for your skin type is essential if you want to have healthy and beautiful skin.

A skincare routine is divided into two: a day routine and a night routine.

The day routine focuses on moisturizing and protection. The cosmetics you should not miss when you wake up are: facial cleanser, facial toner, eye contour, facial serum, facial moisturizer and sunscreen.

In the night routine, facial cleansing and more intensive cosmetics are the protagonists. The skincare order you should follow before going to bed is: double facial cleansing, facial toner, eye contour, facial serum or peeling and moisturizer.

Mature skin is characterized by loss of elasticity and firmness, wrinkles and blemishes. In these cases, products with moisturizing, antioxidant and anti-aging properties should be chosen.

We recommend: facial moisturizing day cream, Balance facial serum, Purity vitamin C serum, AHA facial peeling, prickly pear seed oil and Elixir eye contour. You can also use our Anti-Aging Routine pack.

Oily skin should choose cosmetics formulated with sebum-regulating and mattifying active ingredients to help control sebum production and excess shine. In addition, go for non-comedogenic to avoid clogged pores.

If you have oily skin, we recommend: double facial cleansing with cleansing oil and gel, Purity vitamin C serum, facial moisturizer for combination and oily skin, retinol-like facial serum and BHA facial peel. Otherwise, you can also use the Goodbye Pimples Pack composed of specific products for oily skin.

If you have acne-prone skin, it is important to choose products that help unclog pores and prevent the appearance of pimples. For example: double cleansing with cleansing oil and face gel, Balance serum, BHA peeling and Equilibrium anti-acne cream.

Dry skin needs extra moisture to improve skin elasticity. Cosmetics with hydrating, moisturizing and nourishing properties are your best ally.

Hyaluronic acid is one of the most used active ingredients in products for dry skin.

If you have dry or very dry skin, we recommend: serum with hyaluronic acid, facial day cream, facial night cream, serum with vitamin C, eye contour, facial cleansing gel, micellar water and oily serum for dry skin.

You can also enjoy the Dry Skin Facial Routine pack that we have designed with specific products for this type of skin.

The barrier function is the outermost layer of the skin and, obviously, it is confronted daily with thousands of external agents. It is therefore very important to provide it with the right care.

Centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid or ceramides are the main active ingredients that help restore and strengthen the skin barrier. If you want to repair the barrier function, we recommend: facial moisturizing day cream and hyaluronic acid serum.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 working days of receipt.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened.

If the products are damaged due to misuse, we do not refund. In case the products have been purchased on another website or physical store, you must claim the return of the product to the corresponding site.

The number of samples per order depends on the amount and availability of samples.

We are sorry, but you cannot choose the samples you will receive in the package. They depend on stock and current promotions.

When placing your order, you can select the standard or express shipping method or select a pick-up point.

In the standard and express shipping, you must indicate the address where you want to receive the package.

In case you select a service point, at the end of the purchase you have to choose a Post Office or Citypaq on the map that will be shown to you. If the chosen service point is not available, the carrier will drop off the package at the closest office to the one indicated.

We ship to the entire peninsula and Balearic Islands. Currently we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Yes, we ship within Europe: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Greece, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Portugal and the Netherlands.

Orders delivered to mainland Spain take between 1-3 working days, while international shipments take a little longer. If you need to receive your package as soon as possible, we recommend choosing express shipping with a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Important: delivery time may vary during holidays and commercial campaigns (Christmas, Black Friday and sales).

To check the status of your order, you have to enter the tracking number or locator on the website of the transport company Correos.

If you have not received the tracking number, please contact our customer service department to get it.

Standard shipping costs in mainland Spain are free on orders over 15€, if not exceeded, the cost will be 3.50€.

The shipping costs to the Balearic Islands and Portugal are 3.50€ on orders under 50€. From that amount, the shipping cost is free.

Shipping to Finland, Norway and Sweden costs 15€.

Shipping costs to Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland and Greece are free for orders over 75€. For orders below this amount, the cost is 8.50€.

If you have not received your order, make sure you have entered the delivery address correctly and check if you have received an email, SMS or phone call from the delivery company.

If everything is OK, please contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, indicating your order number so that we can find a quick solution.

If the order has already left the warehouse, it will be impossible to modify the data.

You have 10 calendar days to pick up your order once you have been notified that it is available at the delivery point. In the event that it is not picked up and the carrier sends it back, there may be additional charges for reshipping the order.

If you were absent at the time of delivery, do not worry as the carrier has two delivery attempts. If after the second attempt, it is not possible to deliver your order, the package will be returned to our offices.

It is possible that the carrier will try to contact you by phone, SMS or mail. It will depend on their workload and the carrier's policies.


We offer you different payment methods: credit card, Bizum, PayPal, cash on delivery or installments with Sequra.

In case you want to pay by card, you can pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You will be asked to enter your card details to complete the purchase.

If you want to pay for your order in installments, you can do so by selecting the Sequra option. You will have to indicate the installments in which you want to pay for your order and you will automatically be charged each month.

You can also pay for your order using Bizum. To do this, you must make sure you have activated this option in your bank and have the "Bizum keys" to be able to manage the payment.

Placing an order through the Arganour website is 100% safe and reliable because in Arganour we ensure the security of the information. In many cases it is possible that your bank may ask for authentication to verify the purchase.

Yes, when placing your order you have the option to select the cash on delivery payment method, and you will pay for your order at the time of delivery. This payment option has an additional cost of 3.50€ that will be added at the end of the order.

If you choose this payment method, our customer service team will call you to confirm the details and ask you to have the exact amount of money to give to the carrier. In case you refuse the order, we will block your customer account.

The refund of your order will be made within 7 working days after we receive the package in our offices. We will verify that everything is OK and, after that, we will proceed to reimburse the corresponding amount. You will receive the refund in 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
