Enzimatik is an innovative enzymatic peel that gently exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin cells and promoting cell renewal because of the action of state-of-the-art AKA acids and pomegranate and pumpkin enzymes. In addition, unlike other peels, it does not irritate as it’s much gentler on the skin.

Cell renewal is a natural process in the skin, where dead cells are shed to make way for new ones. This keeps the skin young, luminous and uniform. After the age of 25-30 this process slows down and a chemical facial peel such as Enzimatik is needed to balance the regeneration cycle.

What makes this product special is its 100% natural formula. We’ve included pumpkin and pomegranate enzymes to enhance its exfoliating function. These proteolytic enzymes are more stable than conventional enzymes, which tend to destabilise and lose effectiveness.

Pomegranate enzyme: This active ingredient gently exfoliates without irritating or reddening the skin. Studies have shown that it accelerates the skin cell renewal process more than 5% glycolic acid. It strengthens the skin barrier, improves skin tone and leaves skin smoother. This enzyme is fermented to make it more stable over time, thus enhancing its exfoliating action.

Pumpkin enzyme: Like pomegranate enzyme, this active ingredient is fermented to boost its exfoliating function. It also promotes collagen synthesis, improving skin elasticity and firmness.

AKA: A new generation of peeling acids called AKA acids. These acids (hibiscus acid and ferulic acid) from Hibiscus Flower are rich in hibiscus acid and ferulic acid. They increase cell renewal by up to 104%, reduce the thickness of the stratum corneum by 28% and reduce the number of corneocytes by 42%. AKAs provide exfoliation similar to AHAs, but without irritation, redness or burning.

Pomegranate extract: Regulates melanin synthesis, works against skin inflammation and protects the skin from free radicals.
